Brian Nelson

Brian H. Nelson is a Managing Partner of East West Capital, LLC. Brian has been a business transactional and commercial attorney for 18 years and was most recently Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Campus Management, a global higher education software solutions company. He was previously in private practice, including with 2 Am Law 100 law firms. Brian has business and legal experience in diverse ventures, including real estate, software and consumer products, and as a business partner for strategic and operational issues.  Brian holds his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University Miami School of Law and a BA with Honors in Political Science and Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

David Moritz

David Moritz is a Managing Partner of East West Capital, LLC. Prior to founding EWC, David was a real estate investment banker for 15 years, most recently working for Macquarie Capital in Singapore as Head of Real Estate, South East Asia. He also worked for Credit Suisse in Singapore and New York as well as Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in New York. David worked for Bechtel in construction management within the Oil & Gas Division in Houston and Venezuela. He has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
